The Muhlenberg tennis teams played competitive matches against Ursinus in their final home contests of the year.
Prior to the matches, the Mules honored their seniors,
Caitlin Bestrycki,
Kety Gaidamashvili, and
Gabriel Tamarkin (pictured above, left to right, with their families).
The men swept the doubles, two of which were 7-5, but dropped four of the six singles matches, three of which went to three sets. The match was tied 3-3 before the Bears won at No. 4 in the final match on the court.
Junior
Owen Dyer played tense matches all day, winning 7-5 in doubles and coming back win at first singles, 6-7 (4-7), 7-5, 6-4. His doubles partner, junior
Matt Miller, also notched a singles win.

The women received singles wins from sophomore
Sydney Madlock at No. 1 and junior
Charley Madlock at No. 4. Bestrycki took her opponent to three sets, while Gaidamashvili teamed with the younger Madlock for a win at No. 2 doubles and nearly forced a third set in singles, but fell 7-5 in the second.
