The Muhlenberg track and field teams set a small contingent of competitors to two meets the week before the Centennial Conference Championships.
Four throwers went to Kutztown's Golden Bear Invitational. Sophomore
CJ Mersky, competing in the weight throw for only the second time, improved on his previous mark by more than six feet to 35-3¾.
The rest of the team competed at Haverford's Keogh Invitational. Of note from that meet:
• Junior
Isaac Schaffer-Neitz (pictured above left) tied his personal best in the 60, finishing seventh in 7.19 seconds.

Kaitlyn Legaspi (pictured above right) and sophomore
Ella Sarnitsky tied for third in the pole vault, with Legaspi posting her best mark of the season.
• Freshman
Sophia Xenakis placed second in the high jump, tying her personal best.
