The Muhlenberg women's tennis team cruised to a 7-0 win at Penn State Berks in its first match of the 2025-26 year.
The Mules won all nine matches for the first time in two years and were especially impressive in doubles, dropping only one game in the three matches. Sophomore

Charley Madlock teamed up for a 6-0 win in their Muhlenberg debuts, while the returning team of senior
Caitlin Bestrycki and junior
Jordyn Brown also posted a shutout.
Sophomore
Alexandra Roehl teamed up with classmate
Ella Pomeranz, another newcomer to the team, for a 6-1 victory at No. 3.
Junior
Taylor Current, returning to the team after a year away, blanked her opponent at No. 5 singles, while the elder Madlock and Brown won handily in straight sets.
Bestrycki
(pictured above) prevailed in a close second set to wrap up her 10th career singles win, while the younger Madlock came back after dropping the first set to cruise 10-1 in the third-set supertiebreaker.
