In the classroom. On the track. In the field.
The Muhlenberg track and field teams were recognized by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for standing out in all phases of the student-athlete experience during the 2023 collegiate track & field seasons.
Both Mule squads were designated All-Academic Teams. To be named an All-Academic Team, the cumulative grade-point average for all student-athletes on the institution's NCAA Squad List for indoor and/or outdoor track and field must be 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
The Muhlenberg men's team clocked in with a 3.418 GPA, while the women recorded a mark of 3.574. The teams combined to place 24 members on the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll.
Additionally, rising senior Noel House was named an All-Academic Athlete. In addition to having a minimum GPA of 3.30, an All-Academic Athlete must have finished the outdoor season among the top 50 individuals as listed on the Division III descending order list. House won the CC championship in the javelin for the second straight year and finished seventh on the Division III performance list to qualify for the NCAA Championships, where he finished 14th.
