• One of the most decorated runners in the history of the Muhlenberg track and field program
• Won a school-record 19 Centennial Conference gold medals (12 in relays and 7 in individual events)
• Honored as the Centennial Conference Most Outstanding Track Performer three times (indoors 2011 and 2012 and outdoors 2011)
• Three-time NCAA qualifier and earned All-America honors in 2009 as a member of the distance medley relay team
• Still holds seven school records (400 and 4x400 indoors and outdoors, 200 outdoors, 4x200 and DMR indoors) and set two others that were broken in 2025
• Holds the Centennial Conference record in the indoor 400 and anchored the 2012 Penn Relays championship 4x400 relay team
