Muhlenberg College Athletics

Kunda was a strong advocate for women’s athletics in her time as a member of Muhlenberg’s Athletic Department from 1966 – 2001

Served as interim director of athletics – the first women in that role from 1995 – 1996

Served as Associate Director of Athletics from 1996 – 2001

Kunda was instrumental in establishing Muhlenberg’s position in the Middle Atlantic Conference and eventually the Centennial Conference.

Founded Wellness Institute and chaired the physical education department
