Men's Tennis Drops Tight Match in Spring Opener

In a tight match that could have gone either way, the Muhlenberg men's tennis team dropped its spring opener to Moravian, 4-3.

The Mules captured the doubles point, thanks to wins at No. 1 by juniors Owen Dyer and William Rose and at No. 2 by junior Matt Miller and freshman Casey Knipe. The Greyhounds came back to take four of the six singles matches.

Rose (pictured above) scored a big comeback win at No. 2 singles, winning in a supertiebreaker after dropping the first set. Junior Josh Simon won his singles match in straight sets.
