With less than a month to go in the regular season, three members of the Muhlenberg men's wrestling team appear in the regional and national rankings.  

Junior CJ Horvath (125) is ranked fourth in Region 3 by the National Wrestling Coaches Association and 19th in Division III by The Open Mat. Junior Andrew Loniewski (141) is ranked seventh in the region, while senior Trey Miletics (157) is eighth in the region.

Horvath has a 15-2 record this season, with both of his losses coming in tournament finals, one to a Division II opponent. Among Horvath's 15 wins are four major decisions and seven technical falls. He is one short of the school record of eight techs that he set last season, and just four away from the program's career record of 22.

Loniewski, a national qualifier in 2025, has been limited to 10 bouts by injury, compiling a 6-4 record. He won the title at the Scotty Wood Invitational, and his six wins include three major decisions, two technical falls and a pin. Loniewski is one of only three Mule wrestlers ever to reach double figures in career majors (13), techs (11), and pins (19).

Miletics, also sidelined by injury of late, has a 7-4 record that includes four pins. A regional placewinner as a junior, he reached the final of the season-opening Tonee Ellis Memorial at Alvernia with three straight pins. Miletics ranks fifth among active Muhlenberg wrestlers with 16 career pins.

Without two of their ranked wrestlers, the Mules opened Centennial Conference duals with a close 26-18 loss at McDaniel last weekend. The CC Championships are scheduled for Saturday, February 14, at Merchant Marine, with the regional meet slated for February 27-28 at The College of New Jersey.
