Noah Sellinger of the Muhlenberg men's tennis team won the B4 singles draw at the ITA Southeast Regional.
Sellinger swept through his four matches in straight sets, defeating opponents from Goucher in both the semifinal and final. After playing two closely contested 6-4, 6-4 matches, he won the opening set of the final, 6-1, before wrapping up with a 6-4 win.
The tournament win was the first for Sellinger, who reached the singles final at ITAs last year. He is the first Mule to win a bracket at the ITA tournament since Jason Teitelbaum in 2010.
The other Muhlenberg player at the tournament, freshman
Benedict Kohler, won two matches in the championship singles consolation draw before bowing out.
