Ten Muhlenberg players were named to the 2025
All-Centennial Conference football team.
A year of transition for the Mules, who returned only six of their 22 starters on offense and defense from last year's squad, was reflected in the all-conference picks: Of Muhlenberg's 10 selections, nine were first-time honorees.Â
Despite featuring many new faces in prominent roles, however, the Mules maintained their level of success, going 8-2 and receiving an at-large berth to the NCAA Tournament. They will host Union in a first-round game on Saturday.Â

Freshman wide receiver
Caleb Pasols was named CC rookie of the year after catching 33 passes for a team-leading 555 yards and five touchdowns. Muhlenberg's first CC rookie of the year since 2014, he tied a 49-year-old school record for receptions by a freshman and ranks sixth in the CC with his average of 16.8 yards per catch.Â
Senior center
Robert Terreros and sophomore linebacker
Thomas Cerruti were named to the All-CC first team.Â
Joining Pasols on the second team were senior tackle
Michael Powel and senior defensive lineman
Blaze Curry.
Sophomore guard
Triquil Monroe, sophomore defensive lineman
Joseph Papa, senior linebacker
Peyton Elliott, senior safety
George Europe, and senior long snapper
Sean Krug all received honorable mention.Â
Terreros started every game for the first time in his career and anchored a line that has allowed only nine sacks in 10 games. The Mules are averaging 35.6 points per game, second in the CC, and nearly 400 yards per game.Â
Cerruti leads Muhlenberg and the CC with 84 tackles, including two sacks among his seven tackles for loss. He has also filled up the stat sheet with two interceptions - both in the regular-season finale against Dickinson - two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery, and a pass breakup.
Powel, a first-year starter, lined up at left tackle for every game, helping to pave the way for a rushing attack that is second in the CC with 27 touchdowns. He also is a six-time CC placewinner in the shot put in track and field.
A team co-captain, Curry has made 28 tackles, including four for loss, with sacks in each of the final two games of the regular season. He also forced a fumble that led to a touchdown against Johns Hopkins.
Monroe started at guard between Terreros and Powel, giving the Mules a potent left side of the line. Muhlenberg's top five rushers all averaged at least 4.5 yards per carry.
Though not listed as a starter, Papa is tied for third in the CC with five sacks and is second on the Mules with 6½ tackles for loss. He is the second member of his family to earn CC honors; older brother
Matt Papa '24 made the second team in 2023.
Elliott landed on the All-CC team for the second consecutive year after making 46 tackles to rank fifth on the Mules. He also is third with a career-high six tackles for loss, including a sack, and leads active Muhlenberg players with 131 career tackles.Â
Europe has made the most of his first season as a full-time player, starting every game at safety and ranking third on the team with 49 total tackles. He's also broken up a pair of passes and forced two fumbles to tie for the team and CC lead.
Krug, Muhlenberg's long snapper for the third consecutive season, earned his All-CC nod after the position was added to the All-CC team this year. His snaps on all punts and kicks were clean, and the Mules did not have a punt blocked all season.Â
