The Muhlenberg football team received votes in both final Division III polls of the 2025 season.
The Mules received 16 votes, three spots out of the top 25, in the final
D3football.com poll and 20 votes in the final
American Football Coaches Association poll.
Picked fifth in the Centennial Conference preseason poll, Muhlenberg ended the season with a 9-3 record and earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament. The Mules defeated Union in the first round, recording a postseason win for the eighth consecutive season. Muhlenberg notched an impressive regular-season road win against Endicott, who wound up 24th in the final AFCA poll, and all three losses were to teams that finished ranked in the top 25, including two in the top 10.
The Mules have received votes in the final Division III polls in five of the last seven seasons, including three straight seasons from 2018 to 2021 when they were ranked in the top 10.
