Muhlenberg graduate student John Reichenbach earned second-team All-America honors by tying for 11th in the high jump at the NCAA Division III Championships.

Reichenbach was one of 11 competitors to clear the first two heights - 6-4¾ and 6-6¾ - without a miss, but could not clear the next height.

A day after Noel House finished eighth in the javelin, Reichenbach's performance gave the Mules two All-Americans at the same NCAA outdoor meet for the first time ever. (This is the first year that finishers nine through 16 are designated second-team All-Americans.)
