The Muhlenberg wrestling team dropped a Centennial Conference match at Ursinus, 28-12.

The Mules won two contested bouts. On the strength of a takedown with 53 seconds left in the second period, graduate student Angelo Mahaffey (pictured above) scored a 3-2 decision at 197 to improve to 3-0 on the season.

That tied the match at 3-3, but Ursinus won the next five bouts to open up a big lead. 

In the final bout of the match, sophomore Mike LaRosa won a 13-6 decision in his first career CC bout.

Sophomore Brandon Bowles picked up a forfeit win at 157 and is now 15-0 in dual meets in his career.
