The Muhlenberg women's basketball team suffered through a cold shooting night and lost at Ursinus, 54-45.
The Mules (3-2, 1-2) made only six field goals in the first half and went into the locker room trailing by 10, 22-12. They shot almost 50 percent in the second half, but the Bears (1-4, 1-2) answered every run.
Muhlenberg got to within four points on three separate occasions in the third quarter. The last was at 28-24 on a three-point play by junior 
Sara Peretti. Ursinus scored the next five points, however, and led by seven heading into the fourth.
The closest the Mules drew in the fourth quarter was five points midway through the period.
Senior 
Margaux Eripret (pictured above) led Muhlenberg with 12 points. Peretti and senior 
Tara Szawaluk netted 9 apiece.
