The Muhlenberg men's lacrosse team suffered its second straight loss to open the season, falling 15-10 at York.

The Mules scored the first two goals of the game and led 3-2 after the first quarter, but York opened the second quarter with three straight goals to go up 5-3. Muhlenberg closed to within a goal on three separate occasions (5-4, 7-6 and 8-7), but each time the Spartans pulled further ahead.

Senior Jack Reilly scored three goals for his first career hat trick, and senior Doug Rheiner also netted three. Senior Michael Carpetto recorded a career-high three assists.
