Early, Late Goals Sink Field Hockey

The Muhlenberg field hockey team played from behind for almost the entire game and fell at Misericordia, 2-0.

The Cougars scored on the first penalty corner of the game, just 2:29 after the opening whistle. The teams combined for only five other shots through the first three quarters.

Muhlenberg had its best chance to tie early in the fourth quarter, taking three shots, but could not convert. Misericordia scored its second goal in the closing seconds.
