Muhlenberg sophomore shortstop
Sean Habeeb was selected to the
All-Centennial Conference baseball second team.
Habeeb had a breakout season for the Mules, starting every game and hitting a team-best .406 and leading the team in hits (56), runs scored (42), and stolen bases (17). Despite batting leadoff for most of the season, he also was third on the team in RBI (27) as well as doubles (7) and walks (21).
In the CC, Habeeb ranks sixth in batting average. His runs total is tied for the sixth best in a single season in program history, while his hits figure is tied for ninth. Habeeb also helped turn 21 double plays from shortstop.
