The top runners for both Muhlenberg cross country teams made big jumps in the standings at the Centennial Conference Championships.
For the women, senior
Maggie Holderith finished in 23:14.1, taking 29 seconds off her previous personal best. The time ranks 16th on the program's all-time list. Holderith placed 28th, up from 45th at the 2025 CC meet.
Rounding out the top five for the Mule women, who came in ninth, were a pair of Ellas and a pair of Avas. Freshman
Ella Schweitzer (pictured above left) was Muhlenberg's second runner in her first collegiate conference meet, while sophomore
Ava Azzinnari set a 6K PR of 25:31.8.
None of the top five runners for the men's team competed in last year's CC Championships. Muhlenberg was led by
David Seel (pictured above right), who missed last year's meet while studying abroad. Seel finished in 45th place, up from 80th the last time he ran in the CC meet, in 2024.
Senior
Raam Ravishankar was the Mules' second finisher, setting a personal best of 26:49.2.
Freshman
Mason Pantalone, Muhlenberg's fourth runner across the line, ran a huge PR, clocking in at 28:11.6 to cut almost a minute and a half off his previous 8K best of 29:40.4
