The Muhlenberg field hockey team came from behind to take a first-half lead, but ninth-ranked Rowan scored the final four goals of the game for a 5-2 win.
The Profs (3-2) scored a goal less than six minutes into the game, but the Mules (2-3), who were held to just one shot into the first quarter, flipped the script at the start of the second period.
A little more than two-and-a-half minutes into the second, senior
Abba Diglio passed from the end line to senior
Erin DiSandro, who was in front of the cage and put the ball in four the 29th career goal. DiSandro moved up a spot to seventh place on the program's all-time list with 77 career points.
Fewer than three minutes later, Muhlenberg took a lead off a penalty corner after a shot at close range by Diglio was saved. Sophomore
Haley Foster got a stick on the rebound and passed it back to Diglio, who converted for the 35th career goal.
Rowan tied the game midway through the second quarter and put the game away with three goals in the first 10 minutes of the third.
Junior
