The Muhlenberg women's basketball team ran into one of the hottest teams in Division III and fell at home to Johns Hopkins, 77-52.

The Blue Jays (15-1, 11-0) are ranked 11th in the country, with their only loss coming early in the season to top-ranked New York University in a game they led at halftime.

The Mules (9-7, 4-7) led 7-3 midway through the first quarter, but Johns Hopkins grabbed the advantage by the end of the period and pulled away for the rest of the game.

Junior Rachel Saxton (pictured above) led Muhlenberg with 12 points, while freshman Lyndsey Costigan saw the most extensive playing time of her career, posting highs of 7 points and 6 rebounds.

Junior Emily Unger made two three-pointers, giving her 99 in her career.
