Despite a 2-0 loss to Washington College, the Muhlenberg men's soccer team clinched a home playoff game.
The Mules (9-3-2, 4-2-2) will be the third or fourth seed for the Centennial Conference playoffs and will host a first-round game on Tuesday, October 31.
Prior to the game, Muhlenberg honored its six seniors,

The top two defenses in the CC both put up zeroes in the first half in a matchup of the teams ranked third and fifth in Region V by United Soccer Coaches. The Shoremen (10-1-5, 6-1-1), who clinched a first-round playoff bye with the win, finally broke the deadlock with a goal in the 54th minute.
The Mules made a strong push to tie through the middle part of the second half, taking six corner kicks and nine shots. But Washington stood firm on defense and added an insurance goal with 16 minutes left.
