The Muhlenberg women's basketball could not overcome a cold start and fell at Swarthmore, 58-43.

The Mules (8-10, 7-6) made only one field goal in the first quarter and trailed 19-2 after 10 minutes. They made up some ground on the scoreboard in the third and fourth quarters but never seriously threatened.

Sophomore Emily Unger and freshman Riley Cassidy led Muhlenberg with 7 points apiece, while junior Caroline Horst had 6 points and 6 rebounds. Sophomore Megan Winters (pictured above) contributed 5 rebounds and 3 steals.
