The Muhlenberg men's basketball team gave up a dunk off the opening tip and played from behind all night, losing at Gettysburg, 74-59.
The Bullets (7-6, 4-2) scored seven points in a minute to take their first double-digit lead with 8:19 left in the first half, and the margin remained in double digits for the rest of the game. The Mules (8-5, 3-3) cut a 21-point lead to 12 in the second half but could get no closer.

Dan Gaines (pictured above) led all scorers with 22 points for his 21st career 20-point game. Juniors
Brandon Goldberg (11 points) and
Giovanni Rubino (10) also scored in double figures, while sophomore
Charlie Gillikin went 3-for-3 from three-point range to account for his 9 points.
