For the second straight home game, the Muhlenberg women's soccer team played close against a ranked team, falling 1-0 at home to Susquehanna.
The River Hawks (13-3), ranked sixth in Region V by United Soccer Coaches, netted the lone goal of the game in the 18th minute. The Mules did not allow any more goals the rest of the game but could not find the equalizer against a Susquehanna defense that has recorded 11 straight shutouts.

Sara Pecorelli made 7 saves for the Mules.
After Saturday's Senior Day home finale against Johns Hopkins, Muhlenberg will have played five of the top six ranked teams in Region V.
