The Muhlenberg men's basketball team lost on the road to hot-shooting Franklin & Marshall.
The Mules (5-8, 2-4) led 18-17 midway through the first half before the Diplomats (6-9, 3-5) made four consecutive three-pointers to open up a double-digit lead and take control of the game.
Down by 15 points early in the second half, Muhlenberg closed to within nine at 46-37, but again F&M hit four straight threes to extend the margin to more than 20 points. F&M shot 61.5 percent from three-point range in the first half and 53.3 percent for the game.

Giovanni Rubino (pictured above) led Muhlenberg with 16 points in his first career start. Freshman
Jayson Williams-Johnson added 14 for the Mules, who were playing the third in their stretch of four games in seven days.
