The Muhlenberg women's soccer team suffered a tough 1-0 home loss to Elizabethtown in its final tuneup before beginning Centennial Conference play.

The Blue Jays (1-3-1) scored the lone goal five minutes into the first overtime period on a header off a corner kick. Elizabethtown cashed in on the last of three consecutive corner kicks when the Mules (0-3-1) were unable to clear the ball.

Freshman Sara Pecorelli kept the Blue Jays off the board up to that point by making seven saves, including some at close range in the first half.
