The Muhlenberg volleyball team hit a season-best .304 in its third straight win, a 3-0 sweep at Ursinus.
After pulling out a tight 25-21 first set, the Mules (9-7, 2-2) breezed through the second and third, winning 25-12 and 25-11 to even their Centennial Conference record.
Muhlenberg hit an astounding .522 in the third set, putting down 13 kills in only 23 attempts. Eight different Mules combined for the 13 kills in the set, including sophomore back-row players

The first set was a different story. The score was tied at 16, 17, 18 and 19, before a combined block by sophomores
Isabella Pontrelli and
Christina Dalton, plus an Ursinus attack error, gave Muhlenberg a 21-19 lead.
The teams traded points again, and it was 22-21 when senior
Megan Ray landed one of her 8 kills in the match. A block by freshmen
Rachel Jacobs and
Jenna Stockfeder made it 24-21, and the set ended on a Bear attack error.
Freshman
Esmae Oehler also recorded 8 kills, with only one error in 17 attempts. Faville led the defense with 21 digs.
Junior
