The Muhlenberg women's lacrosse team fell into an early hole and could not climb out, falling at home to Washington College, 19-9, to snap its school-record eight-game winning streak.
The Shorewomen (7-4, 2-2) scored the first four goals of the game. The 20th-ranked Mules (8-2, 3-1) fought back to within two goals on five separate occasions but could never catch up. It was 10-7 early in the second half before Washington reeled off the next eight goals to put the game out of reach.

Sara Allison made a season-high 12 saves for Muhlenberg. Junior

Division III player of the week, recorded her fifth consecutive hat trick with three goals to go along with two assists and eight draw controls.

Amanda Tullo scored a pair of goals, and senior
Allison Murnick picked up a season-high three ground balls.
