The Muhlenberg men's lacrosse team scored on its first three shots but could not keep up with Haverford and fell at home, 14-5.

Sophomore Niko Del Moro scored three goals for his fourth hat trick of the season, and classmate Jake Solomon (pictured above) went 13-of-22 on faceoffs and picked up nine ground balls.

The Fords (7-5, 3-2) took a 3-1 lead on a goal with 5:57 left in the first quarter, but Del Moro's second goal of the game just 36 seconds later cut the deficit in half. After Haverford won the ensuing faceoff,  sophomore Dylan Moyer checked the ball away, and senior Peter Zipf fed cutting junior Jason Ku for the Mules' second goal in 35 seconds to tie the score.

Muhlenberg would not score again until early in the fourth quarter, when senior Steven Casella and Del Moro found the back of the net 37 seconds apart.

Sophomore Kevin Bergenty led the defense with three caused turnovers and three ground balls. Senior Jashon DeSenna also picked up three ground balls.
