Muhlenberg (10-12, 7-9) trailed by 10 after a fast-placed first half in which the Shoremen (3-20, 1-15) shot 54.5 percent. Stavetski scored 14 points in the first half, which also featured a steal and breakaway dunk by McLeod.

The Mules turned the tables in the second half with outstanding defense that held Washington to 21.1-percent shooting. The Shoremen made only four field goals in the first 18 minutes of the second half. Meanwhile, Muhlenberg shot 53.8 percent from the field and was 23-of-28 from the line in the second half, outscoring Washington by a 52-30 margin.
Muhlenberg trailed 49-40 early in the half before going on an 11-2 run to tie the game on LaRose's three-point play with 12:19 to play.
The game was tied again at 57 at the eight-minute mark before the Mules took the lead for good on a jumper by Rindock. Two free throws by Stavetski and a layup by sophomore
JeanLee Baez extended the cushion to six, and Muhlenberg pulled away down the stretch to complete its season sweep of Washington.
Melosky
(pictured at left) made his first career start and finished with five points and four rebounds. Stavetski went 5-for-7 from three-point range and added six rebounds. LaRose (six) and Rindock (five) combined for 11 assists, and Hunter blocked four shots to move into seventh place on the program's all-time list with 112 for his career.
