The Muhlenberg women's soccer team played its second consecutive scoreless tie, battling Franklin & Marshall to a stalemate to extend its undefeated streak to five games.

The two teams played evenly throughout the 110 minutes, with the Diplomats (5-8-1, 0-5-1) enjoying a slight 10-9 advantage in shots. The closest either team came to a goal was midway through the first overtime, when junior Carly DeNigris cleared an F&M attempt off the line.

Freshman Marissa D'Alessandro made four saves for her third shutout of the season.

The Mules (4-5-3, 1-2-3) hadn't played back-to-back ties since 2007. This was the first time in the 26-year history of the program that they played back-to-back scoreless draws.
