Muhlenberg College Athletics

Lydia Redman joined the Muhlenberg volleyball staff for the 2023 season. 

A former Division II player at East Stroudsburg University, Redman spent five seasons as the head girls volleyball coach at Stroudsburg High School before coming to Muhlenberg. She has also served as head volleyball coach at Royal Legends Club, Crosscourt Volleyball and Side Out Sports.

Redman played four years in the back row at East Stroudsburg before graduating with a bachelor's in athletic training in 2018. She also earned her master's in management and leadership from East Stroudsburg in 2020.
