Deb Schlosser joined the Muhlenberg volleyball coaching staff in 2016, bringing a wealth of experience.
Schlosser was an assistant coach at Moravian College from 2012 to 2015, coaching six all-conference players and two All-Americans. She also has collegiate experience as an assistant coach for the Kean University men's team, which won the Skyline Conference championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament quarterfinals, and as head women's and men's coach at Lehigh Carbon Community College.
Schlosser also has served as the head coach for the boys' volleyball team at Emmaus High School, head coach and club director of the Club Lehigh Boys Volleyball (USAV) program, head coach for Court Authority Girls Volleyball (USAV) and a camp clinician/private coach for East Penn Volleyball.
A member of Muhlenberg's Board of Associates, Schlosser was as a boys and girls high performance evaluator for USA Volleyball (2004-07), IMPACT clinician for USA Volleyball (2005-07) and the head coach and program coordinator at LMYA and UMYA.
Schlosser earned her bachelor's degree from Penn State in 1984 and her master's degree from Moravian Theological Seminary in 2005.
