Victor DeOliveira joined the Muhlenberg women's soccer staff for the 2021 campaign, bringing over 30 years of coaching experience.
DeOliveira began his coaching career at Salisbury Middle School in 1988. He then went on to coach at a few local high schools in the Lehigh Valley with boys soccer programs and has spent the last 15 years as an assistant with the girls program at Salisbury High School, where he had the pleasure of coaching both of his daughters.
Coach Victor was also a referee at the high school and the adult level for over 10 years. In addition to soccer, he is the head track and field coach at Salisbury High School.
Coach Victor and his wife, Michelle, have been happily married for 31 years. His wife and two daughters are school teachers, and they coach soccer. He has a great passion for the game and enjoys being able to share that with his family.
