Erin Misner joined the Muhlenberg women’s lacrosse coaching staff for the 2019 season.
Misner was a four-time all-conference midfielder at Arcadia University, finishing her career in the top 10 all-time in draw controls (second with 213), goals (fifth with 153), points (sixth with 193), caused turnovers (seventh with 54) and assists (eighth with 40). She served as team captain her junior and senior seasons.
Also a member of the field hockey team, Misner was named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll a total of five semesters, the ZAG Field Hockey/NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad twice and the IWLCA Zag Sports Division III Academic Honor Roll as a senior. She was Arcadia’s nominee for NCAA Woman of the Year in 2017.
Following her career at Arcadia, Misner served as a graduate assistant women’s lacrosse coach and assistant field hockey coach at SUNY Cortland. She helped her teams to SUNYAC titles in both sports, while coaching two All-Americans in lacrosse and three in field hockey.
A native of Forked River, N.J. Misner earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sport management from Arcadia in May 2017 and her master’s in sport management from SUNY Cortland in December 2018.
