Carolee Pierce joined the Muhlenberg coaching staff for the 2026-27 season.
Pierce spent the previous three years as an assistant coach at Hartwick College, where she helped coach four all-conference players. Before that, she was a graduate assistant at Springfield College for two years, including the 2021-22 season that included a trip to the NCAA "Sweet Sixteen."
Pierce played for three years as a center at Wilkes University, graduating in 2021 with a bachelor's of business administration with a concentration in sports management. She earned her master's in physical education with a concentration in athletic leadership from Springfield in 2023.
