• Served as team captain and was the Mules' top runner in every race but one
• Posted season-best 8K time in placing 52nd at the NCAA Metro Regional
• Also was the top Muhlenberg finisher at the Centennial Conference Championships

• Showed great improvement and ran in the team’s top three all season
• Improved 2018 time by 1:20 to finish 35th at the Main Line Invitational
• Finished 48th out of 362 runners at the Paul Short Run
• Improved 45 spots from 2018 to finish 30th at the Centennial Conference Championships
• Shaved over three minutes off his 2018 time and improved by 115 places to finish 86th out of 360 finishers at the NCAA Mideast Regional

• Competed in all six races as a freshman
• Finished in the Mules' top seven in every race but one
• Came in 21st at the Bulldog Invitational in his first career run

• Earned four letters in both cross country and track at Cedar Grove High School
• Two-year captain of both sports
• County champion in the 800, 1600 and 3200 and state section champion in the 3200
