• Was Muhlenberg's first or second runner in every race
• Finished as the Mules' top runner for the first time in his career at the NCAA Metro Regional
• Took 1:55 off 2021 time at Lehigh's 8K course
• Also lowered top 6K and 4-mile times by more than a minute
• Came in 55th at the regional meet

• Had an outstanding freshman season
• Finished in the Mules' top three in all six races - second four times and third twice
• Ran two best 8K times at the Centennial Conference Championships and NCAA Metro Regional

• Lettered all four years in both cross country and track at Palmyra Area High School
• Was a state qualifier and three-time Mid Penn Conference medalist in cross country

• Ran on county championship team and was state qualifier in 4x800 relay in track
