Corey Goff

Corey Goff was named special assistant/acting head coach of the Muhlenberg football team in the summer of 2017 after head coach Mike Donnelly was diagnosed with leukemia. Goff will fill in when Donnelly's treatment prevents him from coaching the team.

Goff, who has been Muhlenberg's director of athletics and recreation since 2012, was an assistant football coach with the Mules from 2000 to 2005, serving as offensive coordinator the last five of those seasons. The Mules won four straight CC co-championships from 2001 to 2004, made their first three appearances in the NCAA Division III Tournament and broke numerous school records.

From 2007 to 2012, Goff was head coach of the Muhlenberg baseball team. He led the Mules to a 20-win season and a trip to the Centennial Conference playoffs in 2008 and coached two all-region selections and a CC player of the year. Muhlenberg broke or tied more than 30 individual and team records in hitting, pitching and fielding categories during his tenure.

Goff is a 1995 graduate of Susquehanna University, where he was a team captain in baseball and played football. He earned his master’s in educational psychology from the University at Albany in 1997.

Goff and his wife Lauren have two young boys, Collin, 12, and Michael, 10.
