After spending his first year out of college as a member of Muhlenberg's coaching staff, Cole Glennon returned as recruiting coordinator and defensive backs coach for the 2025 season.

A 2011 graduate of Dickinson College, Glennon served as defensive backs coach, special teams coordinator, and strength coach at his alma mater from 2018 to 2024. During his time there, he assisted in the development of 12 All-Centennial Conference performers and two All-Americans as a coordinator. In 2019, Dickinson led the CC and ranked 13th in Division III in net punting.

Glennon also helped coach the top-ranked pass defense in the CC in 2021 and 2022, and in his strength and conditioning role, assisted in training the 2025 Division III national champion in the outdoor 800 meters.

Prior to his coaching tenure at Dickinson, Glennon served as defensive coordinator at Wilkes University from 2014 to 2017 and a defensive assistant at Villanova University from 2012 to 2013 and at Muhlenberg in 2011.

A three-year varsity letterwinner in football at Dickinson, Glennon lives in Boyertown, Pennsylvania with his wife Katie and five children, Cole, Emma, Clay, Rose, and Luke.
