Katarina Polyviou joined the Muhlenberg coaching staff in 2020 following a stellar four-year career as a goalie at nearby DeSales University.
Polyviou was named to the All-MAC Freedom team all four years, earning all-region second-team honors in 2017. She started 77 games in goal and set Bulldog records for goals-against average (1.89) and shutouts (14) in a career. She was named national defensive player of the week in 2017.
An intern in Muhlenberg's Athletic Department in the spring semester of her senior year, Polyviou graduated from DeSales in 2020 with a degree in sport management. She also serves as an assistant coach for the Muhlenberg women's basketball team.
