• Overcame early injury to start 13 games at designated hitter
• Went 7-for-18 in his final four games 
• Hit game-tying double with one out in ninth inning at King’s
• Also hit game-tying double in seventh inning in home game vs. Dickinson

2023
• Overcame early injury to play in 11 games, starting seven at second base
• Had 4 hits in 26 at-bats
• Went 2-for-4 with RBI single in win at McDaniel
• Hit 2-run pinch-hit double at DeSales

2022
• Split starting time at second base early in the season
• Went 6-for-26 at the plate in 12 games played, including seven starts
• Walked 7 times for a .429 on-base percentage
• Was 2-for-4 and scored a pair of runs vs. Gallaudet
• Scored winning run in the top of the 11th vs. McDaniel

2021
• Played in four games, starting one at second base, as a freshman
• Went 1-for-5 at the plate
• Doubled to lead off game and scored run vs. Haverford
• Also turned a double play in Haverford game

Personal
• Was a three-year letterwinner as an infielder at Hanover Park High School
• Earned all-conference recognition in 2019
• Played for New Jersey Giants in the summer
• Parents are Jim and Lori Whelan
• Born Jan. 22, 2002
• Older brother Jimmy Whelan played baseball at Franklin & Marshall
• A business administration major (management and organization concentration)
