GENERAL INFORMATION 

ADMISSION FEES 
Muhlenberg College does NOT charge an admissions fee for any home sporting events. Please note that postseason events (Centennial, NCAA or ECAC) are subject to an admissions fee according to conference/NCAA/ECAC guidelines. 

 

LOCKER ROOMS
Visitor Locker Rooms for games played on campus are located in the Life Sports Center. Most locker rooms are accessed with a code. Game administrators will greet visiting teams, show them to their locker rooms and issue the code. Sole use of locker rooms is not guaranteed and towels are not provided for visiting team locker rooms. 

 

TAILGATING 
Muhlenberg College does not provide or reserve space for visiting team tailgates. Please refer to this policy to answer any questions you might have.


 

   PET POLICY   

Other than trained service animals, pets are NOT ALLOWED inside Muhlenberg athletic facilities - indoor or outdoor venues. .  Thank you for following this policy and helping us keep everyone safe.

WIFI INSTRUCTIONS FOR GUESTS OF THE COLLEGE 
All guests of the Campus Network agree to Muhlenberg College's Electronic Communication Policy. You agree implicitly to these terms by connecting to and using the "MuhlenbergGuest" Network.

1. Select the wireless connection 'MuhlenbergGuest' and click Connect 
2. Read the Electronic Communication Policy. Click on the AGREE button. 
3. Click the START link. 
4. Enter your information for Guest Self Registration. 
5. Click Request Guest Access.

• Success! You have successfully registered on the network. Please wait while your network connection is established. You will get a progress bar. You will now have WiFi access on campus for 72 hours. Need help? Please call 484-664-3566 for assistance.

 

VISITING TEAMS 
Please consider the following questions and send any requests to our game management staff (todgross@muhlenberg.edu) the week prior to your contest. 

1. What time do you plan on arriving on campus on game day? 
2. Approximately how many players are traveling? 
3. Do you have any special requests? 
4. Will you be bringing an athletic trainer? 
5. Are you planning on using the locker room?

 

GAME DAY / VENUE INFORMATION 
Upon arrival at Muhlenberg, a game manager or administrator will greet you and your team, show you to your locker room and the training room and will be available to answer any questions you may have. Should any event-related issues develop during your visit, please alert the game manager on site. 

 

BUS ARRIVAL and PARKING ** IMPORTANT! **
On Campus Events (basketball, field hockey, football, lacrosse, soccer, track & field, volleyball, wrestling) The team bus must drop your team off in front of Memorial Hall on Liberty Street. After dropping off the team, the bus may park on the corner of 23rd Street and Gordon Street. There is street parking available on 22nd Street, adjacent to the tennis courts. The bus MAY NOT idle while parked. After the game, the bus should pick your team up at the same spot you were dropped off before the game. 

• On-Campus Athletic Facilities include Memorial Hall, Scotty Wood Stadium, and Varsity Field
• GPS Address: 2400 Liberty Street, Allentown, PA 18104
• Please use either 26th Street or 23rd Street when heading north or south, to and from the Athletic fields.

On-Campus Events (tennis) 
If the team does not need a locker room and the tennis match is being played outside, the team bus should drop off the team at the tennis courts. There are bathrooms located in the office building by the courts. After the game, the bus should pick your team up at the same spot you were dropped off before the game. 

 

Off-Campus Events (baseball and softball) 
The team bus should drop the teams off at the fields . After dropping off the team, the bus may park in designated parking areas by the fields. After the game, the bus should pick your team up at the same spot you were dropped off before the game.
