A record-breaking season for the Muhlenberg men's soccer team came to an end with a 3-0 loss at Dickinson in the semifinals of the Centennial Conference playoffs.
The undefeated Red Devils (12-0-7) jumped on top early when the Mules (8-3-9) headed the first corner kick of the game into their net for an own goal. Dickinson added two more goals in the first half to put the game out of reach.
The Red Devils advanced to play Johns Hopkins, a 2-1 winner against Gettysburg in the other semi, in the championship game. Muhlenberg was bidding to reach the final for the fourth consecutive season.
The result brought to an end the careers of the eight Mule seniors, including goalie
Taye Edwards, who made four saves in his first career start, and
Jack Scuro (pictured above), who was the only player to start all 20 games in 2025.
