The Muhlenberg women's basketball team kept it close into the fourth quarter before falling at Haverford, 58-46, in a Centennial Conference first-round playoff game.
The Mules end their season with a record of 13-13. Haverford advances to the semifinals to take on Johns Hopkins.

Margaux Eripret closed out her career with her 11th double -double of the season, finishing with 11 points and 12 rebounds. Sophomore
Ava Connolly scored 10 points.Â
Muhlenberg led 14-11 after one quarter and trailed 26-23 at halftime. The teams seesawed back and forth at the start of the third quarter, exchanging leads on four straight possessions before Haverford took the lead for good at 31-30 with 6:09 left in the third.
A layup by Connolly in the final minute of the quarter brought the Mules to within one, but a buzzer-beating three sent the Fords into the fourth quarter with a four-point lead.
Muhlenberg made only one field goal in the first five minutes of the fourth quarter, and Haverford pulled away.
With her 11 points, Eripret
(pictured above) finished her career with 963 points.
