The Muhlenberg women's soccer team played a scoreless draw with Lebanon Valley on a steamy Sunday at J. Birney Crum Stadium.

The Mules (0-1-1) had the better of play for the majority of the game and held a 17-6 advantage in shots late in the second half. Their best chance to score came in the 29th minute, when senior Alexandra Chirinkin sent in a long blast that forced the Dutchmen goalie to leap at the last second to parry the ball over the crossbar. Muhlenberg got a good look off the ensuing corner kick, but the shot went high.

Lebanon Valley turned up the pressure in the final 12 minutes, taking seven shots. Muhlenberg sophomore Sara Pecorelli had to jump to parry the ball over the net twice herself in the second half. She finished the game with 6 saves.
