The Muhlenberg men's soccer team scored a pair of second-half goals to defeat Moravian, 2-0.
Sophomore
Kevin Adams opened the scoring in the 60th minute off a set piece after senior
Taylan Akdag drew a foul while dribbling to the side of the penalty box. Akdag took the free kick, and Adams
(pictured above) one-timed his service into the top of the net for his first goal of the season and the third of his career.
Akdag now has 16 career assists, the most by a Muhlenberg player since 2003.
The Mules (4-4-3) doubled their lead with just under 13 minutes to play when junior
Luke Feeney headed in a cross from senior
Tarin Morris.
Muhlenberg held the Greyhounds (4-6-1) to five shots. Freshman
Ben Mulford made a couple of saves to record his second straight shutout.
