The Muhlenberg women's soccer team fell to New York University, 4-0, at Gaelic Park in Riverdale, Bronx.

Despite a large deficit in shots, the Mules (1-6-1) trailed only 1-0 at halftime. But the Violets (6-2), ranked fourth in Region IV, scored just 2:01 into the second half and added two more goals to put the game out of reach.

Freshman goalies Sara Pecorelli and Grace Hoffman combined for 13 saves, with Hoffman (pictured above) making a career-high four in 27:14 of action.
