Muhlenberg senior Dan Gaines was named to the all-tournament team of the Rinso Marquette Invitational.

Gaines scored 17 points in the consolation game as the Mules (2-2) fell to host Lebanon Valley, 82-66. In two tournament games, Gaines totalled 36 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists and 6 steals. 

Muhlenberg fell behind 11-2 in the first four minutes of the consolation game and never got untracked. It was 30-6 at the midway point of the first half, and 12 points was as close as the Mules could get thereafter.

Freshman Jayson Williams-Johnson scored a career-high 17 points, shooting 3-of-5 from three-point range. Junior Justin Allen netted 10 points, and junior Tommy McGuire had career highs of 6 points, 6 rebounds and 4 blocks to go along with 3 steals.
