Game Recap: Women's Lacrosse |

Women’s Lacrosse Rolls to Victory

Seniors Amanda Tullo and Emma Carmody picked up where they left off a week ago, combining for eight goals in the Muhlenberg women's lacrosse team's 15-5 win over Misericordia.

After combining for nine goals in last Wednesday's win against Hood in Hilton Head, Tullo and Carmody each found the back of the net four times against the Cougars (3-4). Tullo, who has found the back of the net in her last 17 games, hasn't scored less than three goals in a game this season. She added three assists to finish with seven points, one shy of her career high. This is the second consecutive game in which Carmody scored  four goals, which is her career high.

Junior Gabriella Crivelli continued her streak of two-goal games, having done so in each contest this season. The midfielder was also a force to be reckoned with on the defensive end, causing a career-best seven turnovers and corralling three ground balls. She also recorded a career-high four draw controls.

For the second time in three games sophomore Taliah Carson registered a hat trick. The first of her career came against RPI last Monday. Senior Erin Duca scored twice to record the first multi-goal game of her career.

Senior Caroline Dolan and junior Victoria Friedel helped the Mules control possession with three draw controls each. Dolan also finished with four ground balls.

Junior Jordan Segrave (pictured above) finished with 11 saves.

The Mules (3-1) have won each of the first three meetings over Misericordia.
